Yancey Burns 
Capital City Fellow
 
Yancey Burns is a second year Capital City Fellow in his third rotation with a DC Government Agency. His previous rotations were at the Department of Real Estate Services under General Counsel Camille Sabbakhan and at the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development as the Special Assistant to Deputy Mayor Neil Albert. Yancey holds a JD from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law where he graduated cum laude in May, 2008 and a BS in journalism from West Virginia University. Yancey is also a licensed attorney in West Virginia and the District of Columbia.
