Yolanda Brown 
Office Manager
 
Yolanda Brown serves as the Office Manager for Serve DC. She comes to Serve DC from the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board in Washington, DC, having served as the Administrative Assistant II to the Nuclear Weapons Programs Division. She has over seven years of experience providing office administration and clerical support, including handling confidential information. She is a skilled expert in word processing and accounting software, including Microsoft Word and WordPerfect and is accustomed to meeting tight deadlines. She has excellent telephone, filing, interpersonal and organizational skills. She is also experienced in meeting planning and making travel arrangements. Yolanda also previously worked as a Contracts Administrator in the private sector as a federal contractor for USAID.
 
Yolanda attended Towson University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in geography with a concentration in urban planning/development. In her spare time Yolanda enjoys traveling and visiting her parents in Grand Prairie, TX.
