Carlos Thomas serves as the Staff Assistant for Serve DC. He was introduced to Serve DC through The Project Empowerment Program. Prior to joining Serve DC he worked as an Office Assistant for Fannie Mae. Carlos is a Washingtonian and a graduate of Dunbar High School in the District of Columbia. He attended Keystone Job Corps and obtained his certification in administration. Currently he works with his church's community outreach ministry and tutors primary and elementary students in the District of Columbia.
